Sunland Village East (SVE) is a friendly 55+ active-adult community in Mesa, Arizona.  Located in the east valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area SVE has beautiful views of the Superstition Mountains. Our community has 2437 homes (1657 single-family residences and 780 condo units).

 

Whether you prefer to relax by the pool with friends or start a new hobby, Sunland Village East provides the resources to do so.  Homeowners can chat and play games in the many social rooms available or spend time enjoying a round of golf. There is also a large auditorium where residents can enjoy timeless concerts or dance the night away.

 

Throughout the year SVE hosts several community events, such as comedy dinner shows, outdoor concerts, holiday dances, and various game nights. Sunland Village East also has one of the best equipped retirement-community woodshops in the East Valley. In addition, we have a pickleball complex with six regulation lighted  courts, a beautiful tennis complex and state-of-the-art fitness centers with commercial fitness equipment and classes available for all fitness levels.
