Once you click on the Pay now link above, please complete the information on the form as requested. You can locate your Customer ID or Account number on your invoice. You will need to enter:
- your phone number
- email address
- your billing address for your credit card
- zip code for your credit card
Then under the shipping information please input your SVE property address for which you are paying, if it is different from the credit card mailing address information.
You will receive an email confirmation of your payment. If you receive a decline notification, please double check and make sure you used your correct billing address and zip code for your credit card. The annual dues for 2023 are $764.50.
An extra occupancy assessment shall apply to any Residential Unit if during any part of any calendar year the number of occupants of that residential unit (exclusive of servants of houseguests) exceeds two (2) (RCC&R 10.8). The additional charge is 30% of the annual dues which is equivalent to $229.35 for each person in excess of two persons per each household. This extra charge is payable at the same time as the annual dues.
Your annual dues can be paid starting December 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023. Dues not paid within 15 days after January 31, 2023 may be charged a late fee of 10% - $76.45. The late fee will be applied to your account (RCC&R 10.10). When paying by mail, please include the invoice with your annual payment to ensure proper recording. If you choose not to use the Pay Now link above, you may pay your dues by phone (480-380-0106). You can also drop off your payment at the Association mail slot located immediately to the west of the Association's front door. The mail slot is available 7-days per week. DO NOT MAIL OR DROP OFF CASH. Please use one of the convenient options listed above.
