Sunland Village East (SVE) is a friendly 55+ active-adult community located in Mesa, Arizona, the east valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our community has 2437 homes (1657 single-family residences and 780 condo units) and is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, recreation, entertainment, and medical facilities.
