Sunland Village East Board Meeting
Information
In an attempt to help communication, ˝ hour prior to the monthly meeting starting, there will be an “Open Forum” where any homeowners will have 3 minutes to ask the board any question or make any statement that is on their mind. If time allows after that, there will also be time to mingle with the individual board member or manager. Again, to keep order, it is asked that the blue cards are used and the following guidelines are adhered to:
Meeting Guidelines
Blue Cards Must be filled out and turned
into board prior to meeting
1. State your name
2. Each individual limited to 3 minutes
3. May not be personally derogatory to another person
4. Nothing repetitive of previous commentary
5. Must be factual in nature and delivered in a calm, rational, non-confrontational tome or voice
6. Disregarding the above guidelines may result in the board withdrawing permission of the individual to speak
Once the board meeting has started, using the same guidelines as above to keep order, only questions regarding the agenda items will be discussed and open for discussion or comment.
