OPPORTUNITY QUILT The
Sunland Stitchers of Sunland Village East are very proud to
introduce "Peaceful Garden" designed by Mary Sorensen and Jan
Wildman. Our "opportunity quilt" for 2010-2011 has
been in the works for a full year and the finished product is
certainly worth the many hours that have collectively gone into the
creation of this masterpiece. This queen sized quilt,
93x93, plus two pillow shams, has it all -- piecing, paper piecing,
applique, embroidery, beading, cording and machine quilting.
The appraised value of this quilt is $2200 and one very ecstatic
person will be bringing it home in March of 2011. |
