"Ringer
Time" It is getting closer to the time to throw ringers again. Right now our players are scattered from Alaska to Kansas and points in between. Hopefully they are finding courts to practice on during the summer. Practice we all need, and lots of it. Players we need also, both male and female. If you are a thrower, or would like to be, talk to anyone at the pits or call me, Pat Ward, at 480-380-4246. We are in a 17 team league so every Tuesday morning from November through February we are either hosting a game at our pits or are going to another park to try our luck and skill on their pits. Houseshoe pitching is fun and good exercise. We have a good bunch of guys. They enjoy the game as well as the coffee and doughnuts that are available where ever we play.
